In the Midwest, flood waters surge to record heights, as thousands prepare to see the Red River overflow its banks yet again. From Missouri to Minnesota, from east to west, wave after wave of violent storms pound their way through the U.S. with seemingly no reprieve in the future. From never before seen snowfalls to decimated lands, the first question people seem to have is when is spring finally going to arrive.
